By purchasing a placement, boosting a slot, submitting information, or using the Platform, you, referred to as the User, Client, or you, agree to be fully bound by these Terms. Section 1. Description of Service

Users can secure a digital promotional slot which is a hyperlink attached to a brand name or logo within a specific location tier. The placement acts as an instant public digital advertising service.

Section 2. Dynamic Ranking and Boost Mechanics

The Platform operates on a dynamic, volume-based ranking system for the Top 100 list.

Slots from positions 1 to 100 are allocated based on the cumulative financial sponsorship value backed by the slot, known as the Placement Amount.

Open Boost Feature: Once a slot is active, any visitor, fan, supporter, or the original publisher can contribute additional funds to that specific slot to increase its total sponsorship value and help it advance to a higher position or maintain its current rank. This action is referred to as a Boost.

Overtaken Rule: You explicitly agree and acknowledge that your secured slot is not permanent and can be overtaken in rank by a newer or more heavily backed placement from another user at any moment during the current calendar year. If overtaken, your placement will move to a lower position or transition to an archive status.

Section 3. Core Security: Data Immutability

To protect the Platform from fraudulent modifications, malicious link redirection, or identity theft, all data submitted during the initial slot creation is strictly permanent and unalterable. This includes the title, image, description, and link.

Executing a Boost transaction strictly increases the financial backing of the slot to alter or protect its leaderboard position. It does not grant the right or technical ability to modify the text, branding, or redirect URL of that slot.

If an original publisher made a typographical error during submission, they must contact our support team manually from the exact email address used during the initial transaction.

Section 4. No User Registration

To ensure maximum speed, simplicity, and privacy, YearlyTop.com does not use user registration, passwords, or account profiles. The service is entirely transactional. Users are identified solely by the transactional data and the contact email address provided at the time of purchase or boost.

Section 5. Strict Refund Policy

All payments made on YearlyTop.com are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. This applies to both initial placements and subsequent boosts.

The service provided is classified as instant digital delivery of advertising content. As soon as your cryptocurrency or fiat transaction is confirmed, the digital value is immediately applied to the live ranking grid.

Because execution is immediate, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including if a boosted slot is subsequently overtaken by another participant.

Section 6. Prohibited Content and Link Moderation

We maintain high compliance standards. You are strictly prohibited from submitting brand names, materials, images, or destination URLs that contain or promote:

• Pornography, adult-only content, or sexually explicit services.
• Illegal substances, drugs, or unapproved pharmaceuticals.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or violence.
• Fraudulent schemes, scam projects, phishing sites, malware, or misleading financial setups.

The Platform reserves the right to immediately remove or suspend any active link found in violation of these safety rules at any time, without prior notice and without any refund or financial compensation. Boosts applied to a suspended link are also non-refundable.

Section 7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws and electronic service regulations.
